Appointments are held with a 50% deposit, taken during your booking call once you have decided to proceed, and deducted from the cost of your treatment.

Bookings are made online, by phone or by message. You will receive confirmation with the date, time and what to expect.

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Your deposit moves with the appointment.

Cancellations inside 48 hours, or non-attendance, forfeit the deposit. One reschedule is permitted per booking.

Written consent is taken before any treatment, after the risks, alternatives and the option of no treatment have been explained.

Treatment may be declined where it is not clinically appropriate. Nobody is treated on the same day as their consultation unless they have had adequate time to consider the plan.

Written aftercare is provided at every appointment. Review arrangements are confirmed at your appointment based on what is clinically appropriate.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, contact the clinic directly first. Concerns are acknowledged within 2 working days and answered within 14 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you can escalate to the relevant professional regulator for your practitioner or to Save Face, the government-approved register for non-surgical aesthetics.

Treatments are provided to adults only. Proof of age may be requested. Certain treatments are not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or where a medical history makes them unsuitable.
