Who we are
The Natural Sculpt is the data controller for information collected through this website and in clinic. Our registered business details and ICO registration number are available on request and are provided at your first appointment.
What we collect
Enquiry details you submit: your name, email address, optional phone number, the concern or treatment you are interested in, what you would like to achieve, your availability and your preferred contact method.
Marketing attribution data: the page you arrived on, the referring website, and campaign parameters where present. This tells us which of our own adverts or pages led to your enquiry.
Clinical records created in clinic, including medical history, consent forms and clinical photographs. These are held separately from website enquiries.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange your consultation (legitimate interest, and performance of a contract once you book).
To provide safe clinical care and keep the records we are professionally required to keep (legal obligation and vital interests).
To send marketing only where you have explicitly consented. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with the service providers who help us operate the clinic — our website hosting and database provider, our email provider and our appointment scheduling system — and only as far as needed to deliver your care. A current list of processors is available on request.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries: kept for 24 months from your last contact, then deleted.
Clinical records and photographs: kept for 8 years after your last appointment, in line with professional guidance for adult records.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction of processing, or a copy of your data. To do so, contact the clinic.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Clinical photography
Photographs are taken as part of your clinical record. They are never published, shared or used in marketing without separate, specific written consent, and that consent can be withdrawn.
